"Staff was helpful. However, I received an email for pre-check in, so I provided all my information and was requested the exact same information upon arrival. Unsure what the purpose of pre-check in is. The room was clean, however there was no shampoo in the shower compartment, only conditioner and shower gel. One of the lamps with extra outlets and USB slots did not work."

Location is grade A - lots of places to eat, with different price range and within walking distance. Close by train stations. Safe area, perfect for solo travel. Doors had iron flap outside for extra security. Environment friendly and social enterprise hotel - will come back whenever back to Vancouver "
