「We had a very disappointing experience with Motel 6. We checked out on July 4th, but they charged us for the entire week, claiming we never returned the room key — even though the key was handed back. We contacted customer relations to report the issue, but the handling was completely unprofessional. This feels like a scam, and it’s unacceptable.」

「Arrived really late but front clerk kept 2 rooms together for us on the ground floor as she knew we were bringing dogs. Super friendly and will definitely stay here again if passing thru. Large angled truck/RV parking in back is great except for cars that were blocking it. 」
