「Overall, our stay at Hallmark Inn in San Antonio was good. Sonia at the front desk was friendly and even let us check in an hour early with no hesitation, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, and we liked that the AC unit stayed running instead of constantly turning off like in many hotels. There currently aren’t any amenities available due to renovations, but hopefully there will be improvements once they’re finished.」

「came in town for a wedding, bridesmaids were coming to do their hair at my rental, walked in dirty linens, not changed or cleaned, bed unmade, dirty floor and dirty towels. I had to clean the apartment the first part of my trip. ended up having to go to alternate location. nice place and apartment and amenities. very disappointed in the cleaning aspect. 」

「 The kitchen was fuilly equiped with everything I needed to cook. The ac work very well, and the inside of the cabin was clean. It was very peaceful, just what i wanted. I am sure it gets busy in the summer time, but i chose the right time to make this trip. There was a fire ring outside the cabin as well as a a BQQ grill. The frio river is just a few feet away which was really great. Be sure to bring your own bed sheets, linens, and pillows.」

「Room was great. I was told to come back at noon for early check in. We just wanted to put bags in room since it was a very hot day. Came back after a late breakfast and then she told me that I had to pay $25 early check in fee. She said she couldn’t waive it because it was a weekend and they were busy. Never more than 8 cars there from Friday until Tuesday. 」
