Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was ok. The bathtub was partially filled with water but all we had to do was take the stopper out. There were no coffee cups in the room. We had to use the water cups. The carpet had stains on it and looked and smelled old. Asked housekeeping several times for fresh towels and never got. (I am bilingual so I did ask for in Spanish as well.) We’ve stayed here before and the service and room was better than this 3 night stay. But the front desk staff has always been friendly and very helpful.
