The staff are great ambassadors for San Antonio and genuinely wanted me to feel welcome. The location is very good and the cafe' on site is both convenient and serves good coffee! 「I had a corner room that overlooked the San Fernando Cathedral. Everything was wonderful. I requested more coffee and creamer which was delivered promptly. The 1 Watson rooftop bar was terrific. Hotel is across the street from the entrance to the Riverwalk and across the street from the church. Less than a half a mile (walking distance) to El Mercado. Loved it.」
「I was there for business but wishing i was there for fun as this hotel was very beautiful and well maintained. It was too hot for any outdoor dining or hanging out but come October I can see how awesome it would be to hang out on their veranda areas. Great restaurant available. 」

「Property was clean and quiet. Housekeeping every day was a nice surprise. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was lovely. The short walk to the main street was not far and comfortable. The walk to us wright to the front to the museum. My niece loved the pool and hot tub. it was a lovey stay, but we stayed for a very, very, short. So we must come back soon.」
