「I requested clean towels at 9 am to person checking us in and the head of housekeeping. At 3 pm head if housekeeping came to check the room and I reminded him again that we needed fresh towels. At 4 pm I saw a housekeeper two doors down and told her we didn't need room cleaned but we did need clean towels. (We stayed in the same room 2 nights-2 reservations). As if 9:30 pm we still do not have clean towels. I will not be returning to this hotel again 」

「It was a really good stay! The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. They didnt know it was my birthday until it was mentioned. They gave us each a complimentary bottle of water & soda, a bag of chips, and a candy bar. The hot tub and pool were very clean and accessible. The beds seemed comfortable, but i think need to be upgraded to memory foam. Other than that, amazing stay and a memorable birthday.」
