The room was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only somewhat negative thing I can say is that there could have been a few more options for the breakfast buffet, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I would return and I would recommend this hotel.

There was a lot of hair in the shower, the carpet was coming up, and the furniture was worn and stained. The coffee is terrible. There was very little breakfast items. However, the staff were excellent. Customer service was great.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. Sign out that said “Sorry but I’m away…thanks for your patience…, etc.” After I got checked in, parked my vehicle and returned with hands full of luggage, I reached my room and the keys wouldn’t work! With hands still full of luggage, had to go back to elevator, down to lobby to get the key reprogrammed. When I finally got in the room everything was very clean and in good condition. The rest of the stay was good.

The hotel itself is such a neat little hotel. It was clean, and the staff at the front was very friendly! Melissa, behind the counter, gave me some good recommendations of places I should go to while I was on my visit. The hotel itself is conveniently located near a lot of shops and major stores. It was easy to find, and I felt very comfortable.
