"Mouldy bathroom with no proper shower (a hose on the taps). Boiling hot even in April due to hot water pipes running through the room. Breakfast waitress super rude. Hotel manager not available at the time and has since ignored all emails. Have complained to Best Western and Hotels.com"

"This was our second time here for an overnight stay Parking is good Room was spotless and lively toiletries Staff throughout were lovely, friendly and helpful We had a Sunday roast and breakfast at the Feathers both delicious We had a much larger room the first time and room 19 small in comparison but still lovely Only suggestion we would make is for music during dinner and breakfast as when other customers are seated close to you, you can easily hear each other’s conversation Highly recommended"

"Great value hotel. Staff were helpful and bed was comfortable and a good condition. The cooked breakfast was a little disappointing as only sausage, bacon beans and scrambled egg available. Previously had more items to choose from. But a nice stay and would definitely return."
