「We ordered a king bed room. They oversold the hotel, did not say a word to us, and gave us keys for a room with 2 smaller beds. We went right back to the desk, told them about the confusion. We only got a large bed room because they had also put another family in a single bed room. We had to switch room with that family. When we finally got into our room it was a king size bed frame with a queen size mattress on it. Definitely not what we ordered. Now there is a billing issue because we got...

「The room was very nice and big. My only two complaints were not big ones, there needs to be a minimum of four pillows for a king size bed, only had three. And we didn’t have a microwave, which shocked us, and was inconvenient. But other than that, everything else was fine and I would totally stay there again」

「Website says handheld shower head, and it did not. It said smart tv, and there wasn't. Un top of that the cable kept pausing, saying bad connection. Previous leak in our room, 417.」

「We arrived earlier than expected after a looong straight drive from Florida . We were hoping to be able to check in early so we can rest before we went about your day. Every hotel in the area were booked solid for the JROTC event in Fort Knox, which is why we came over. The receptionist was very helpful and told us she would do everything possible to allow us to check in early. After less than an hour, she gave us a call and gave us the good news that we could come in and check in early so we...

「Very Clean and modern, Staff was very polite and friendly. Room & bath was very clean, windows were completely hazy and couldn't see out which was fine for this location. Location was next to interstate and there was zero noise issues. Breakfast had the best tasting good old fashioned Folgers coffee that actually tasted like excellent rich coffee and not that powered trash. We had a vagrant having an intense conversation with himself on property next to our car that was concerning when...

「接客がよくて、いろいろ助かったこと多い。夜遅く空港到着もシャトルバスにて迎えがあり、非常に助かった。以上」

「This hotel was average and not so special. Not so bad but I thought this hotel should be renovated and make more modern feeling. Location is not so bad because this location is not so far from SDF airport. Also, traffic in Interstate is nice due to the opposite direction comparing to the normal traffic jam direction.」

「Size of the room is very good, suite, then all staff is very friendly and nice people.」
