「Good : 1. The location to watch little penguin 2. Very kind and friendly male staff Bad : 1. Aged room 2. Poor amenity 」

「The room was clean. We did late checkin but process was very smooth. Staffs are friendly and welcoming.」

「Great place for the price and nice and quiet,no noise.」

「Advertising is misleading. The photos and the address are not for the property listed and the actual property is quite different. Less amenities then described as well, lack of communication from host as well. They know.」

「Gorgeous location right by the Cam river. Ample parkland for children/young families within a very quick walk which is well seperated from the roadways. My stay was post holiday-period, so off-peak I guess. Due to this the onsite restaurant was only going to be open on weekend's.」

「Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff with a great bistro attached. Would stay again」

The location was beautiful, the accommodation was comfortable and well maintained, and everything we needed was thoughtfully prepared. 「The property was excellent. Beautifully decorated and clean throughout. The position of the property was very good, walking distance to the shops and places to eat. Would highly recommend this property, couldn't fault it.」

「An amazing place to stay and visit; we loved our little cottage and the gardens. Our hosts were just lovely and we can't wait to visit again some time! Our only regret; staying just the one night!!」
