Property was very clean with great parking at the door. Close to Spirit of Tasmania as well as local shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

Everything was fairly OK. Good features included the manager who was helpful and friendly. Not so good features to mention are the breakfast menu which was quite limited and the WiFi signal strength in our room which was terrible and at times non existent.

The Beachway although a little further out of town proved to be a great base to explore Devonport. The manager was friendly and accommodating. We had an evening meal at the restaurant which was delicious and the service great.

Clean room, comfy bed, new spotless bathroom. Restaurant on site if needed and they give you dishes if you have yogurt/cereal on your own in the morning.

Room was clean every day, fresh towels supplied daily. Staff always courteous and ready to assist. Would suggest having a microwave oven either in the room or as an option.

We loved our 2 night stay here . Devina the manager was amazing .We needed to offload our luggage early to have a new tyre fitted to the motorbike and she allowed early check in .We ate in the restaurant one night and the pasta we ordered was delicious .Devina was our waitress and she was very friendly making sure we were happy and her customer service skills were amazing . The only reason I gave a 4 for amenties was the washing machine was out of order and we needed to wash clothes but I believe a new one was coming and the clothes drier was not great value .It took many coins and still didnt dry our small load .Apart from that I was very happy and would stay there again

Restaurant closed, no microwave, office staff impatient when asked to repeat instructions said with heavy accent and very fast while looking at the desk instead of greeting client. Basic tea, coffee biscuits etc. If you needed crockery or cutlery you had to ask reception...why bother!

I booked for a friend He’s entering rehab Tried to cancel it but got informed that you cancel it but not getting no refund given plenty of notice The lady was rude and then she booked the room out again to someone else now they received double the rate Do not stay here it’s terrible the staff are disgusteing
