"Made Fawlty Towers look good. No reception facilities, had to walk about in the rain to find someone, James who was very good, to tell me what to do. Very isolated, as you would expect, but a below average meal supplied by the new owners, when they eventually turned up. Room was fine but woulen't stay again."

Aims for some fine dining vibe, but the quality is sub-par, may be due to meals being included in the price. The food alone would convince you...
