Excellent accomodation and great value

We stayed at Ulverstone for an overnight on our drive holiday of Tasmania. The accomodation is excellent, well presented, comfortable and clean. Our only regret was we could not stay longer and enjoy the comfortable bed, view and surroundings.

The clothes dryer was broken. As i do not travel with spare clothes i asked for a refund so I could move elsewhere with a functioning laundry. After waiting 60 minutes to get a Cal back, I was told I will have to give you a refund. After nearly 2 weeks not forthcoming. Poor service poor response. cannot recommend

The apartment was clean and homely with all that we needed for a peaceful 4 day stay.the large size meant we could have our own space which is good when travelling. We didn't want to leave. Sue was accommodating on any questions we had.

Everything was perfectly maintained and the access was easy. The covered outdoor area overlooking the waterfront was a bonus along with the house sized rooms and well equipped kitchen and laundry.
