「The kitchen was perfect with all the utensils and tools needed. Also pleased that some spices were available from previous guests. The condo was set up perfectly with a bonus 1/2 bath on the main floor (that was a surprise). This location is steps to the grocery store and local restaurants. Furniture was comfortable and beds also. The communication with the host was quick when needed. One thing to note there are stairs involved since this is a 2nd story unit. 「This condo was awesome and was our first stay in Townsend - since weve stayed in the Pigeon Forge area for years. This condo was spotless, super easy to get to off a large paved highway, and very quiet and private. We had a little glitch with door lock upon arrival, but the response was immediate and Jack stayed with us until we had things worked out. This condo is the perfect spot for visiting the Foothills Parkway and Cades Cove but also the National Park in general. Even driving Wears Valley...

「When I booked, I had no clue the history of the building! I loved the decor throughout the halls and the entry way. The loft is decorated so cute. You have everything that you could need there at your fingertips. The property manager was amazing. He even told us a few close places to visit. So much to do downtown and so close to literally EVERTYTHING!When we go back to the Knoxville area, we will definitely be staying here again. 」
