ウェスト アイロンデコイト ホテル

「Due to a reservation date fowl-up at another hotel, the Holiday Inn Express was most accommodating! I was able to make an immediate reservation quickly with no problems. Susan at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. She was the most cheerful person at the hotel and answered every question I could come up with! What an awesome customer service attitude!」

「Hotel was very lowd. Called the front desk several times to quite the noise. It went on until 1-2 in the morning. Be careful before you book this hotel.」

「Beautiful hotel, amazing hospitality and care from every staff member encountered. Steak house, jazz lounge, inn ke」

「There are no complaints about hotel accommodation. However, WiFi in my room was not connected at all. As soon as connected, it was disabled immediately. 」

「We received the wrong room, after I had booked a specific room for my birthday. Then the room we got had dust bunnies all over the floor and the bathtub had faulty hardware that made the shower stay on with the tub water. The tub took about 10 min to get warm.」

「No shower curtain. Phone in room no dial tone. Coffee was not good. Phone didn’t get fixed, I had to put the curtain on. Self absorbed staff, not customer oriented Will not stay again」
