「The cottage is cosy and warm and has all the necessary facilities to have an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well appointed, the shower has good pressure, the beds are comfortable and the Netflix (and lots of other channels) worked well. The wifi reception isn’t super strong however it worked fine. There are lovely walks from the property and Neath is close by. There is comprehensive info on local shops, history and restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend.」

「Good, but wasn’t made clear when we booked it that there were several other properties in the complex, had it have done we probably wouldn’t have booked this property , that said there was no such issue and was very quiet, but we did go to a similar setting several years ago and there were parties in a couple of them and turned into a nightmare.」

「We had the best 4 days at Swansea Valley Holiday cottages, it was so beautiful and the river next to the Nant Y Place cottage was like a dream. We will be back again soon for sure!」

「We had the most wonderful family getaway, and what a fantastic house, it was perfect for two adults and two kids visiting. We explored lots of Wales includingTenby, Swansea and the Mubbles and much more! The house was super super clean, beds were made and clean sheets, the property has a wonderful garden, I'd imagine in the summer months would be great. Communication with the owner was easy. I thoroughly recommend this property to any family or couples wanting a nice comfortable base to explore...

「The check in and checkout was easy, lock box instructions. The place was clean and there was a nice parking spot for our car. The flat has three levels and each level had a baby gate. This made traveling up and down the stairs tedious and annoying as you had to unlock the gates. It was a close drive to the city center.」
