"The host is AMAZING. Never a time she didn’t answer when I had a question. Parking was great. It’s street parking but we never had an issue having a spot. The only thing I had an issue with is I would have loved a deadbolt on the main door for while we were sleeping. The automatic lock and pin pad on the door were nice but I could not figure out if it was locked on the outside or not. "Did not like the fact that I could not connect to the phone number given on the site. I called 25 times without being able to talk. I got lucky that I found someone on the location who knew where the keys were. The stove was not working when I reached. The electric kettle was not working. "

"Rooms were decent and the staff was good. The mattresses felt like they should have been replaced 10 years ago. If it wasn't age they were some of the cheapest springy things I've ever felt in a hotel. They were terrible."
