"Great comms and lovely welcome from Luba and Chris for our two night stay. Easy to find and parking right next to the front door. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very peaceful with two spacious doubles, both with their own TV and modern en-suite facilities. Comfortable lounge with wood burner, TV and jigsaw ready to go - all with lovely views over to Hardy's Monument. There wasn’t a bin bin bag to collect rubbish. "Was a great stay and we loved Lyme Regis having never been before. Our daughter loved fossil hunting. The property was great and very characterful, stairs a little narrow and steep, so be mindful for those less mobile. Thanks again"

"Spacious property for 4 but maybe a bit tight for 6 adults. Everything that we needed we found. The walk to Trenchermans on a sunny day was breathtaking especially with the cyclamen round the church. Plenty to see without travelling too far."

"The location of the cottage is wonderful, down a quiet lane with views over the river Asker and common but with it's own parking place and very near the town centre. The equipment is adequate but quite basic. We weren't able to put the central heating on during the daytime when there was a cold spell, without requesting assistance from the housekeeper. The housekeeper was extremely helpful and friendly. The house was very clean with a comfortable bed."
