「Overall good stay. Location was good. Larger area for all guests to be comfortable. Heating was great. Dishwasher did not work. Messaged property manager and they insisted it was working. There was no power going into the dishwasher at all. No solutions throughout the stay.Had to use external lighter for the gas stove. Gas fireplace in one of the living room did not work.One of the room had mouldy ceilings. Very noticeable. 」

「House nice and grounds unkempt. Trees overhanging drive too narrow to use. Lawns needed mowing.」

「キングベッドとシングルの部屋を予約したが、キングベッドはシングルを２つくっつけたものだし、シングルの方はベッドがかなり沈み寝れるレベルではありませんでした。 部屋交換を希望したが満室で対応されず他の提案もされませんでした。 また自分からバシネットがあるか聞き対応してくれたものの、ベビーサークルみたいなものにシーツを引いただけで、6ヶ月未満のの赤ちゃんには出し入れが大変で結構使えず渋々3人でキングサイズで寝る事にしました。 ロビーのバーエリアは雰囲気良かったが、これだけの値段出すなら他のホテルでもよかったかなと思いました」

「Very friendly staff, spacious car park, clean room, pool, gym, many local restaurants are in walking distance, complementary drinks and snacks, and pretty much everything you can think of are there. Amazing hotel to stay for any occasions. 」

「結構綺麗で接客も良いと思います。毎日ベッドメイキングとゴミ箱の交換はしてくれますがタオルやシャンプーは変えてくれません」
