「少し早めに到着したため，まだチェックインできなかったが，部屋の清掃を優先的に実施してくれ，少しの待ち時間で部屋に入ることができ，大変助かりました．」

「The apartment was neat and tidy. The location was very convenient to access ANU or city centre. The delay in receiving the check in details made some confusion. The pantry was filled with essentials like coffee, tea and even cereal, thanks for that. Surprised to see one full can of milk in the fridge instead of those 15ml pods. Apartment was warm even when it was -3 outside. Most of all, thanks for letting our little furry friend in.」

「This little apartment was perfect for a short stay, with a fantastic view of the lake. Having a restaurant and cinema right downstairs, plus a good coffee shop and a couple of other eateries nearby, was great. The place itself was modern, neat and comfortable; and I appreciated the step-by-step instructions on where to find the keys and how to get in (which could have been daunting otherwise).」

「Be careful with hot shower. It was so difficult to adjust the temperature. Too cold or too hot. Took for 3 minutes to adjust the temperature. It was ok to stay. They took additional cost for 4 year old son even they don't provide any extra bed which was not nice. Other than that, it was ok stay. 」
