「Thank you for letting us stay the other day. I was happy to see giraffes from the balcony. As soon as I opened the front door, there were deer and alpacas, which were cute. Everything from dinner to dessert was delicious. The staff were also kind, which we are grateful for as we are not good at English. Touching the rhinos on the morning tour was a good memory.」

I had a little incident where a neighbouring guest had bought a dog that was very distressed alone in the apartment. Despite her trying to contact the owner and them stating they were going to be home soon, they were not and the noise went on.
Victoria was very accommodating with moving me.
The second room was of the same standard as the first showing the upkeep on these apartments is very good.

「We were very early to check in but the friendly park staff kindly checked if the cabin was ready and let us check in 3 hours earlier than what it should have been.
The cabin was not new but well looked after and everything in good condition, we would definitely stay again, very good value.」
「Be careful with hot shower. It was so difficult to adjust the temperature. Too cold or too hot. Took for 3 minutes to adjust the temperature.
It was ok to stay. They took additional cost for 4 year old son even they don't provide any extra bed which was not nice.
