「The first room we checked into had black mold in the bathroom covering the ceiling and down every wall 3 or 4 feet or to the top of the door. The smell was strong and immediate as soon as the room door was opened. My husband went to get another room or refund and was told the manger would come. He didn’t come. The desk clerk was very busy alone checking in guests and answering the phone. She was great and doing the best she could. I finally had to leave the room due to nausea from the...

「The room with the balcony view was wonderful! Rooms were spacious and the bed was so comfortable!!! Will be booking again!!」

「Rooms was clean but they don’t match pictures they have posted on website the pool was dirty had bugs in it. Trash floating around in it. Wasn’t clear at all. Staff was very nice and helpful. Over stay was okay as far as room being clean just wasn’t what was expected and pool was nasty.」

「Room door jammed when trying to get in room. Bathroom light didn’t work, had to take shower in the dark. Had to ask for towels, cover was thin as tissue paper!!!! There was a door leaning against the wall that was supposed to be replaced. Water in shower took forever to even get lukewarm warm. Room smelled funny!!!! Breakfast! What breakfast, granola bars, muffin and coffee! The whole place is OUTDATED!」
