"from the moment we checked in to the moment we left everyone was very nice. we purchased ABBA tickets from the concierge and he went the extra mile to confirm we had the tickets when we couldn't download them online. the shower was good size with solid water pressure. the rooms are big. i wish the bed had USB ports on the nightstands, that's really the only downside i can think of. free water bottles every day if you asked. big sink in the bathroom."

"Really nice hotel, good location close to tube stations, Hyde park and restaurants. Reception was big, open and clean, the hotel is undergoing renovation and all the areas i saw were new and nicely decorated. My room was comfortable, well equipped and clean."
