"Room was spotless, staff were attentive and friendly. I’m Coeliac and require a Gluten Free diet. Staff were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble to meet my G/F requirements at breakfast time. Many thanks."

" The property itself was great! The space was perfect and comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs. Communication was quick. My only complaint is the heat could have been turned on prior to our visit, even on low, as it was extremely cold at the time of our visit. "

"I stayed for 9 nights and would definitely come back. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for my long stay. The bed and pillows are extremely comfy. The hotel is in a super handy spot! The train station is literally across the road and the bus to Edinburgh airport stops right out the front. Dundee itself is fantastic and has all the shops you’d need. The only negative things I can mention are there are no clothes washing facilities for longer stays, the rooms can get a bit noisy on a Saturday night, but I slept with earplugs and it was fine and parking is extortionately expensive. There is a washing service available, but it’s also very expensive."
