After an unexpected flight change we arrived there well before our check in time and Cristina was able to get us into two of our rooms so we could store our luggage and start exploring. Through out our stay all the staff were kind and helpful. The building is all brick for that old New York feel. The king size bedrooms were beautiful. Checking out they stored our luggage for us while we waited for our car service. Once again Cristina took good care of us at check out. I 100% recommend a stay here. "
