Der Wellness-Bereich ist sauber und mit zwei fnnischen, einer Dampfsauna und Infrarotkabinen ausgestattet. Das Schwimmbad ist zwar nicht sehr groß aber völlig ausreichend und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Man fühlt sich sofort im ganzen Haus wohl. "Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ruhige Lage; trotzdem ist das Zentrum, ebenso wie der Kurbereich von Bad Tölz gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke. "
