"We had such a pleasant stay at Cozumel! The rooms were very clean and we loved that it came with a hammock. The food was honestly very satisfactory for an all inclusive — we enjoyed the snack bar and restaurant a lot! Just make sure you ask for the hours of each (buffet/snack bar/restaurant) so you are aware. The bar also had great drinks! All of our activities were booked through the hotel as well which was very helpful. You can snorkel and dive at the hotel but we also booked ATV riding, cenote swimming, and stingray meeting! Tony at the resort who hosted our karaoke was great :) all the staff were very very friendly. "

"Disappointed. Food was mediocre. Never hot, usually cold. Poor selection of food in the buffet area. Waiting in lines for an omelet was extremely long., Service was slow or food never came. Lighting in bathroom was very poor, difficult to see anything. Offered great deals on excursion but then told had to go through a 90 minute presentation on a Member Plan to get the deals. Lasted 2.5 hours.... painful high pressures sales. Has a tiny beach and not other beachfront to walk along."

"Love everything about this resort. Location, all the staff were very friendly, helpful & so pleasant to be around. The room was perfect for my daughter & I with a large space , comfortable beds & every room has a balcony with a sea view. The pool is great even though we did not get in but loved walking right off the dock to snorkle. Service around the pool was also amazing. Live music 3 nights we were there was fantastic & the absolute best food & view at the restaurant. They also helped organize 2 scooters so we couldnride around the island. Restaurants & shopping all within walking distance. The vibe is wonderful!! We will be back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Mar. The staff was helpful and kind. Miguel assisted us with booking some wonderful excersions. When our flight was delayed for 3 days due to a blizzard at home, he was able to extend our stay, which was a huge relief. Javier and Alejandro were fabulous servers and we always felt welcome by all staff at the restaurant. The rooms were clean as well as the grounds very well kept.We also enjoyed the access to Nochi Cocum beach. I would definitely book there again. "

"The room was very nicely decorated, clean and roomy. It had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. making cooking very easy. Very nice little balcony where we ate all of our meals. The room does not have an ocean view, but the view of the grounds from out balcony was beautiful. Communication with Aldo was great. Always received immediate responses to my questions. The staff at the security entrance and throughout the D'Maria were very friendly and helpful. There were many restaurants within walking distance. It was only about a 30 minute walk into town. The Caletita and Sting Ray Beaches were right across the road. They are very rocky and beach shoes are needed to walk into the water and along the beach. Most days we had the beach to ourselves. There are no beach chairs, so bringing something to sit or lay on is a good idea. Lots of sea life to see. It was overall a great vacation for my daughter and I."
