「2nd day there- someone walked into our room.The hotel checked us out, our room was given to someone else. We had another night to stay. My daughter was in the bathroom dressing. Last morning there was, water was leaking from the ceiling through the light fixture. All they could do was give us a 30.00 breakfast voucher because we booked through Expedia!!! Terrible!!」

「The room was relatively clean except for the stains on the sheets and the leftover soap with hair on it that was from previous Visitors and leftover shampoo. It was gross.. There was no hot water. I left the water run for 6 minutes and it only got Luke warm.. so no shower for me. I left at approximately 7am rang the bell for service but no one showed up so I left. 」

「Hotel is clean, room amenities are excellent, bed sheets and pillows sparkling white. I did request a microwave in our room to heat up our food and I was surprised that there’s no charge for it. Beautiful views, in a quaint town. We went in April though so some of the shops are still closed. We will definitely come back. 」

「Didn't get to meet any staff personally, but the response to messages was prompt and friendly. Room was clean with little extras like swan towel and a welcome tray and parking was close to front door and set aside specifically for the guests. The only drawbacks some ppl might have, would be a shared kitchen and the stairs to get to rooms, but even I have had double knee replacement and was able to do them pretty easily, just taking my time. And we didn't mind the shared kitchen, it was stocked...

「Obviously we stayed there out of season. Therefore, even for the shops, bars, restaurants that were open for business, unfortunately we didn’t make it to because it was freezing out. Walking around was definitely not happening. Property did have some areas that would definitely benefit from maintenance work/normal wear and tear. 」

Character meets extraordinary comfort as you will sleep sound as a pound in this safe, beautiful town with shops walking distance and the best little coffeehouse/bakery. We had top notch customer care. Upgrades. We will definitely spread the word and be back next year! Two solid thumbs up. 」

「It was a nice area. The manager/owner was pleasant. Room was small, but cozy. Heater either got too warm or too cold. Back and forth.」
