It was new and very clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. I would have liked a map of the city to help me find my way around! I will be returning as necessary.

This property is under renovation and there are things not yet in rooms (like mini fridge). The staff offered to bring ice to our room for us and provided free cold drinks as well as 24hr coffee. The bed was the best hotel bed I’ve stayed in.

Great location, plenty of parking and room was comfortable. Staff at the desk were excellent and very accommodating. Hotel was dirty, bathroom in our room was dirty and the breakfast was terrible. Not stocked when we came down and really not what we were expecting. Fine for one night, but I don’t recommend for multi day stays.

The staff was great but we were missing a handle to the faucet in our shower. Also they were short of staff and the breakfast items were all gone by 9 am and we had to ask they replenish them. The Tv service was also very difficult to use. They should provide some instructions re: the TV.

Hotel has been undergoing a renovation although the doors are open not all the rooms were finished our room didn’t have a mini refrigerator as it was supposed to didn’t have a table to sit at and the wardrobe closet was very dusty inside web site stated a continental breakfast and all ended up having was muffins and bagels and coffee outside of the dusty closet our room was clean and in general the Hotel was pretty quiet we did end up getting a mini refrigerator eventually the staff was very friendly and helpful I’d give it a 6 outta 10 score for an overall rating

An old building but staff were wonderful. The GPS brought us to the back of the building (which was the entrance) but there was zero identification on the building. Room was small but clean and zero frills but we just needed somewhere to sleep so it was fine. Our TV had no volume.

This is like the bare bones Hilton, no pool, no fridge or microwave in rooms but it was clean and was comfortable enough for our stay. If you don’t need all the bells and whistles and just want somewhere to sleep then this is fine. It was pretty loud outside and could hear the person next to us snoring and coughing all night. But AC worked well, in a spot close to lots of restaurants.

When we booked the hotel, we made sure that we would have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. We also checked to make sure that there was a hot breakfast or continental breakfast available. We checked in on August 1 and we were told that the company delivering the refrigerators was running behind and we had no refrigerator in the room. I had medication that I had to take with Lactaid and therefore had no place to keep the Lactaid cold. The staff did offer to keep it in the fridge with them and they could bring it up if we called. I am also lactose intolerant and use oatmilk creamer for my coffee. It was not mentioned on the Expedia site that this hotel used to be a Best Western and it was in the middle of being renovated. We were on the third floor all the way at the end. The only ice machine was on the first floor and there were no vending machines for water, Soda, or anything else. I had to walk down to get the ice and then back upstairs to our room. I wanted to get comfortable and change as my feet were swollen. The front desk was really busy so I didn't bother calling downstairs for help with my creamer and milk. In the room itself, we had no soap. Fortunately, I had packed my own hand soap. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. In the morning, when we checked out the hot breakfast, it was hard-boiled eggs and cold cereal. We ended up having to go somewhere else for breakfast. Overall, NOT a good stay!!! Very disappointed!!!

I’m 75 years old and I’ve been using Expedia for years. I’ve been staying at roadside hotels for even longer. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more difficult check-in experience. I stood at at the counter for 45 minutes trying to get a room. I was told my reservation didn’t come through so I went on to Expedia and secured a reservation. I ended up paying for two reservations because the staff didn’t realize what they were doing. I called Hilton corporate to try to get help to get my refund. They were wonderful. They sent the property a directive to refund me. I never happened. I finally got a hold of Expedia and they did help. I go to Watertown a couple times a year, but I will never use this property again.

After being closed for remodeling and opening 1 week from our arrival I was very impressed. The beds were very comfortable the air conditioners worked to good. Only issue is they had no refrigerators to keep our drinks cold, no ice machine and went down for the complimentary breakfast and there was nothing. They are still working out all the bugs from just reopening.
