「Everything was great apart from that there was no one when I arrived there. I had to wait for about one hour. Finally, Expedia helped me though. It would be better let the hotel know telephone number just in case. They won’t answer the unfamiliar number on the phone.」

「Unit is self contained so no contact required with owners/staff. I received instructions the day we arrived on how to access the room as we were going to arrive after 8pm, so not sure if we had arrived earlier if that would have been different. We didn’t order breakfast but I understand it arrives by basket and is left outside. Nice room/apartment set back from Sint Paulusplaats. Easy to find from Antwerpen Centraal Station. We took trams 10 and 7 with a change at Nationale Bank. Close to bars...

「Barely merits being called a hotel. The bedroom had no blind, was next to a night club, the stairs to the floor below were perilous, the electrical sockets were broken, the furniture was Spartan. We were asked to hand over more money than we had agreed on Expedia in cash when we arrived. Awful. The location was the only good point. 」

「The reception office was locked with no one inside upon our arrival. The door had instructions to call a local phone number, meaning the cost of an international phone call paid by us. The male employee appeared on foot 5 minutes later. Explaining that the hotel is "5 different buildings," our room was down the street with an unmarked door.
