Had a great stay.

A very nice and relaxed hotel with friendly and good staff. Great location and breakfast. A top central choice for staying in Antwerp with walking distance to everything, without being in the most busiest streets and blocks.

This is a 'must stay' for anyone visiting Antwerp (for us was five nights). Beginning with the building's unique history/design (including original woodworkings), ideal location, exceptional service from a most polite/professional staff, and mighty fine breakfast, we will surely return and highly recommend.

Excellent location, excellent service, great breakfast. Welcoming comfortable lounge. I loved how historic features of the building were incorporated into a sleek modern room design. Close to the cathedral and main sights. Would stay again.

The service was excellent- warm and friendly. The hotel has an artsy vibe and features some local artists. The rooms were tastefully and stylishly done and up to date. We really appreciated the heated bathroom floors on the cold days that we were there. The breakfast that was included in our room fee was really lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Charming boutique hotel, well situated for both tourist and business visitors. Staff were uniformly friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious with effective air conditioning and although it overlooked the street, it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was excellent, offering a range of high quality items and good coffee. The range of breads was particularly good. A most enjoyable 4 night stay.

We had a fabulous stay here, the hotel is on a quiet street but right in the heart of the old town. Our room was large and very comfortable and warm. Breakfast was great and easily available. A very relaxed friendly atmosphere. The owner was always on hand to make sure we had everything we needed and went above no beyond to help us. Would definately stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay in a wonderful city!

I have taken a trip to Europe with a group of friends every spring for 8 years and this is the best hotel we've stayed in. The rooms are large, beautifully furnished with chairs or a couch. The bathrooms are brand new and very high end. The hotel has the best breakfast buffet I have ever eaten. Coffee, tea and pastries are available in the dining room around the clock. The lounge is beautiful, comfortable and sunny. There is a lovely outdoor patio in back. The staff were universally charming and helpful. Antwerp was a great place to visit -- a wide variety of museums, beautiful views, great food, good shopping. Staying at this hotel made the trip even better -- it was in the perfect, most convenient location.

Genuine and friendly

We had a terrific weekend at the hotel. Wonderful ambience with genuine architecture and interior design, live piano music for breakfast and an all over friendly and personal service. The location was great, in the middle of the street of the old city center and close to the river. The breakfast buffet was not the biggest but had all you needed for a good brunch with fresh made scrambled eggs and freshly pressed orange juice. We had a junior suite that really meet our expectations. The bed was wonderful. The only downside was it was a little bit noisy. You can hear other guests walking in the hallway or in their rooms but this was not a biggie.

This hotel is truly a gem! The Hotel Staff were so pleasant and kind. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast that was included had to be one of the best I have experienced. The next time I visit I will be staying here without question!

A charming hotel that marries luxury with lots of character. Perhaps the selection of juices available at the breakfast buffet says it all: strawberry, kiwi, pineapple with ginger, kiwi and of course orange. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

スタッフの方々が最高です！

夜に到着し、照明が暗く荷物を解くのに苦労しました。また、下水のような臭いがしていました。そして湯沸かしポットが部屋に無いこともあり、到着時は評価があまり良くありませんでした。 しかし、スタッフの方々が私たちを良く気遣ってくださり、グンと評価が上がりました。お湯に関しては、すぐにキッチンで沸かしてくださったり、照明もすぐにスタンドを持ってきてくださったり、何か不便はないか、快適か、どのスタッフも丁寧に聞いてくださいました。また、朝食が大変美味しかったです。どこか家庭の味という感じで、朝部屋までパンを焼く良い匂いが漂って来ました。 観光に便利な立地であることも含めて、結果的に印象に残る大変良いホテルでした。

Excellent hôtel sous tous rapports

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre d’Anvers. Nous avons eu un accueil on ne peut meilleur. La chambre était très confortable , soignée et bien calme. Le petit déjeuner était au top (et le collaborateur en charge du buffet aussi) Pour ne pas mettre 100 % 😊, un peu de rangement en plus dans la chambre serait bienvenu
