「We stayed here because we were going to a concert at pine knob. It took us about 20 to 25 minutes to walk there. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Morning breakfast was also good with lots of variety. The water pressure in the shower was very low but other than that everything else was excellent! Also, eat at the restaurant next door. It was very delicious!」
「Restaurants, room service and delicatessen were closed to prevent corona infections. We were not informed about the closure until check-in. We were unable to go out because of 14 days of self-isolation, and we were forced to live a very inconvenient life. Homepage should be posted on homepage about restaurant closure. Also, cleaning was on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but sometimes the bathroom and room were not cleaned at all. We are not happy about cleanliness.」
「I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. My partner and I only stayed one night, but everything from check in to room cleanliness to safety and quiteness, I would highly recommend this hotel.
Only negative is that we paid for "executive suite" and the M Room was not open to us for use. Which sucked. We were looking forward to free breakfast!

「Had amazing stay. Room were bigger than we expected and sound system was fantastic. Jazz cool music welcomed us when we checked in the room. Amenity is my favorite brand "fresh" which is super rare. We also had nice park view from Barclay.」
