"Our stay was less than mediocre. First they lost my reservation, I was told prior to arrival that I could pay the deposit in cash and then at check in was told I had to pay the deposit with a card. I paid for my stay in full at check in and they continuously tried to charge my card for the entire stay amount every single night we were there. Our room was okay, we liked the layout but the sofa bed had no sheets on it and had food folded up into it. We had to go to the check in desk everyday to reactivate our key cards because they never worked. The pool was dirty and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, I was not impressed. We travel to the Detroit are often and definitely will not be staying here again."

"Pool closed, rooms very dirty, no Hot water shower was freezing cold, breakfast was like a continental breakfast versus buffett. The staff however were great and pleasant. We were to sray 3 nights left after the 1st night. "

"The lobby bathroom had literal poop everywhere! Elevator was broken! The front desk guy said it’s 100$ deposit for third floor? Bc of new sheets!? Or 50$ for the 1st floor bc of older sheets? Shower wouldn’t run hot?! Overall 2/10!! Never stay here again "

"Overall is fine if you just need a place to sleep, but could use some remodeling, as it is on the older side. Walls are very thin in the rooms. I could hear what my neighbors were doing next to my room around midnight, was not PG. Staff is very nice and breakfast was decent, though. "
