「The room was not the cleanest. The sheets were both dirty and stained, the corner of one of the mattress had blood stains on it, the nightstand had hard glue or something on it, the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust, the fabric chair had stains all over it and the floors throughout were not clean.」

「I had to cancel reservation at the time of check-in because their pool and hot tub were closed- for 3 weeks! I had to find another accommodation same day. Would’ve been nice to get a call ahead of check-in to inform me of the facilities being closed. 」
