"The property was nice, but the front desk staff were not the most friendly or welcoming bunch. They made us feel like it was an imposition to them when we needed anything, either in person or over the phone. For example, we booked adjoining rooms for seven (7) adults under a single reservation. After making the reservation, we needed to inform them that two of us would be arriving ahead of the rest of the group. They initially said, NO, and offered no solutions, and were very dismissive and unhelpful. We had to elevate to Expedia, and even with them, they had us call back the next day to speak to the general manager because they would not simply accept Expedia or us making notes of the names of the guests staying in the room. We ended up having to update the whole reservation under the name of the person in our party who was arriving first. Dealing with the front desk in person was not much better at all. No smiles, no apparent desire to be friendly or make the guest feel like a priority - instead, always making us feel as if we were afterthoughts. If you can get past that, then on a positive note, the property has a very nice pool and tennis area with a nice bar and great atmosphere. They even had live music on the nights we were there. It also has a very nice convenience store on the premises. The staff in this convenience store was very friendly and helpful, and the store offers lots of great options like coffees and sandwiches, etc.. "

"I've been to this resort many times but never had I had to complain or leave a bad review. The room was big, but everything looked outdated and old. The carpets were dirty. The living room television was small. To top it off my daughter could've gotten burned with the hair dryer."

"Typical motel style establishment, we stayed one night before a morning flight home, was great for that, clean, check in staff was super friendly, lots of great communication prior to stay, I would totally recommend this for a night stay (or a few)"

"The room was not equipped w/ any utensils or dishes at all. The saving grace that made the stay somewhat decent were the front end people running the show. Besides that the property is in rough shape and the room had holes on the walls, cracking on the furniture, and they even left me a half used bottle of shampoo. The ice machine on the floor we stayed at did not work, let alone the ice bucket had no plastic liner available and to top it off, there was mold growing in there. This property has a lot of potential and is safe and quiet at night."
