"So only stayed one night. Property is clean, staff -I only met security as I checked in late, was friendly. The housekeeping staff is excellent! There was a mishap, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault but an ?intruder knocked on my door 3 times at 230am. As I was a woman alone with 2 kids, I was so shaken up. I had to whisper in the closet to call security. She saw the man who she reported appeared inebriated and was probably trying to find the other Sevilla next door. She confirmed that he left but it was scary. I believe that if the hotel was fenced in and there was a gate, it would help to prevent this. I guess you get what you pay for. Otherwise, hotel is dated, but clean."

"The staff were amazing, and the property was quiet while we were there. The only issues I had were 1, there are NO places to just walk and get food. And the reason that is an issue is reason number 2, the traffic!!! Oh my goodness it is a nightmare! The location of the hotel is not on a corner; so no help from a traffic light. If you are traveling east, you will need to pass the hotel, try to find a place to turn around and go back. Otherwise you will have to try to cross three lanes of nonstop traffic to get into their driveway area. "

"It was just a average stay.. the room was clean but the tv was small and only had the minimal amount of channels.. My room could use some pest control as well.. It’s the Disney strip so there’s tons of shops and malls.. No frills and a cheaper price is what you’re looking for then this hotel is it.."

"The house was perfect for our large group and did not disappoint! The property was nice and the neighborhood was very clean. We enjoyed being able to stay at the house and swim, cook and walk to the larger pool on more relaxed days. It was so nice to be close to all things Disney within short distances we could be at a park or shopping. Beaches were also relatively close as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience! We will totally do this again! Thank you! "

"Between the pictures online and the first look at the townhome we stayed at, it LOOKS pleasant. I cannot say everything that was wrong with this place but I'll try to summarize. We arrived at 4pm for check in, waited 20 minutes to get our address and lockbox code (which took 4 tries to open). The kitchen had scratched up pans, 1 pot, 2 lids that didnt fit anything, 1 lid without a handle, broken kitchen utensils, a small half used bottle of dish soap, and dishes that were actually dirty which made me question what they were doing for that extra 20 minutes. There were scratches, scrapes, holes all throughout the townhome. The stairs, upstairs and bathtubs squeaked with every step. There was a taped area at the top of the stairs. Every room only had 1 lightbulb for the wall lights. There was 5 towels (1 for each person i guess), no broom, only a vaccuum. Ice cubes frozen to the bottom of freezer. The patio furniture was broken. The blinds in one was were broken and even taped up. There was an outlet downstairs that didn't work. Close to leaving the lights at the stairs started to flicker. We stripped down the beds at check out (linens go into laundry basket that was not provided), there were pee stains on the mattresses. Cherry on top was the EXTREMELY cheap toilet paper and paper towel used. Great Value brand was even better than what they bought and i could tell they shopped for it at the Wal-Mart down the road. The place was convinently located and was the BEST part."

"Parking was almost a mile away. Didn’t even get to stay there and wasted over $200 on the stay. Communication was bad. I tried to get a refund because of the parking situation, they never got back to me. "
