「ダウンタウン中心に位置するホテル。ホテルサービス、部屋の設備が充実しているホテルです。 ウエルカムドリンクとしてシャンパンが提供され、部屋についている飲み物も無料で提供されます。部屋についている飲み物が足りなくなればリクエストすると部屋まで持ってきてもらえ、その分も無料です。 車でホテルに行く場合は、ダウンタウン中心部ということもあり一方通行の道が多く、VALETサービスを利用して駐車することをお勧めします。恐らくほとんどの宿泊者がVALETサービスを利用しているようです。 部屋の設備もすばらしく、ふかふかのベッド、バスローブも高級感あふれるものでした。 無料の朝食があり、部屋まで提供されます。とっても美味しかったです。」

「Excellent in every way. Front desk welcoming, room comfortable and clean, robes and slippers. Valet parking service was spot on. Lowlands Restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, was excellent, both the food and service. Efficient check out. 」

「We love this property. Room is comfy and clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries, and the draperies allow for total blackout, sheer, or semi private views. Gym also has what you need to exercise during your stay or go for a run up to the Ravenel Bridge. 」

Staff were all so fantastic from helping us check in early, to restaurant recommendations to facilitating our bag storage while we checked out and went to tour College of Charleston (reason for our trip).
