"I had a wonderful stay at The Charleston Place. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very clean, with fresh flowers and beautiful greenery throughout the property that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, right in the heart of historic Charleston, making it very convenient to explore the city on foot. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, and always made us feel welcome. I also loved the beautiful lobby and the overall attention to detail throughout the hotel. It was a lovely experience, and I would happily stay here again."

"The Palmetto was absolutely perfect. First impression walking in is a gorgeous, inviting sitting room and a beautiful bar around the corner at the entrance, and then very lovely staff welcoming at check in. The room and (large) bathroom were clean and also beautiful. I love that a steamer was in the closet, which came in handy. Nice mini bar, though we didn’t use it. Very comfortable bed and lovely linen. Excellent pastries at breakfast as well as fruit, grits, hard boiled eggs, and excellent coffee. The hotel’s location was absolutely perfect to see the historic city and the coastline and to wonderful restaurants. All the staff we encountered were lovely. Family met us from Florida for the weekend and stayed there also for the 3 day weekend and loved the hotel as much as we did, and it was a feather in my cap that I found it!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Loutrel! From the moment we arrived, the hotel smelled amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was the perfect place to return to and relax after a full day of exploring Charleston. We especially loved the complimentary happy hour and snacks — such a thoughtful touch and a great way to unwind in the evenings. The Loutrel made our Charleston trip even more enjoyable, and we would absolutely stay here again!"
