This property is in a great location, walking distance to everything. Apartment was clean and perfect size for our family. Checkin was easy, parking great and owners very responsive.

Great boutique hotel.Loved having reserved parking in the back. All the amenities were comfy and clean. Noise wasn’t too bad considering the building is right on King. Would stay again!

This is basically the cool loft apartment in the city I've always wanted. Vintage but modern and in possibly the perfect location. Our family was there a week and we loved it!

What a great experience! 360 King St is a sweet boutique hotel right in the middle of all thing Charleston. Any thing you need is steps away. The communication directly from the owners is abundant and concise. We will definitely recommend this gem to anyone traveling to Charleston!

Fantastic find in an ideal location, with parking included which is a rarity! Very high-end suite with top notch decor, appliances, and the bed….we wish we could take it home with us. the owners were responsive and so friendly, we couldn’t have asked for more. The Hidden House coffee shop behind the property was also charming and yummy. We will def return!

Hotel was exceptional! Great location, albeit the evenings can get a bit loud, but we had no issues whatsoever. We also traveled with our golden retriever and 360 King were incredibly accommodating. Room was very clean with ample space for the 3 of us. Kitchen and washer/dryer were a great plus! Would definitely recommend anyone checking out DT Charleston to give 360 King a try! 10/10!!

The suite was incredible. Exactly as described (actually better). The location on King St is perfect. The owners communicated early and made check in easy. They also followed up to make sure everything was good. We only stayed a short time and are already planning a trip to come back to stay longer. Highly recommend commend 360 King!

This was a perfect apartment in the perfect location. Getting to all the "must do" locations and restaurants was a breeze. The property is clean and well maintained. They provided noise machines, earplugs, and sleep masks which I found to be an unexpected treat. Super responsive and very welcoming! They checked in multiple times to make sure we had all we needed. 100/10 would recommend!!

We had a Beautiful two bedroom suite. Perfectly located for shopping and entertainment. We were visiting for college of Charleston orientation and were 2 minutes or less walk to everywhere we needed to be on campus. Kelsey and John were welcoming, made check in a breeze and responded to any inquiries within a few minutes. Will be back and highly recommend 360 king for a stay in Charleston !

Property was clean and will appointed check in was easy and a good location for exploring the city with out a car. Location was different as it was on what appeared to be an ally but was a named street not actually on King. All in all very nice.

The attention to detail in the communication from Kelsey and John was top tier! I felt so welcomed and I appreciated all the communication via text from them in regards to checking in to see if we needed anything. The place was immaculate and it was close to several good restaurants and shopping. Of course! I definitely want to stay here again when I come back to Charleston this fall! It felt like a home away from home! Thank you guys!

The property is in the perfect location. The 2 bedroom suite was well equipped with everything you would need. Bethany always answered any question we had within minutes. We also really enjoyed the Hidden House coffee/tea in the morning and wine in the evening.

Really nice lodging and great communication. Description of two long flights of stairs to access was buried in the details so we were not expecting. Additional spiral staircase to reach master was unknown. Still, very nice place.
