Centrally located. Staff went out of their way to assist you. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and super comfortable. Hot breakfast provided. Reception with cocktails and snacks. When we return to Charleston, we will stay at The Loutrel.

Wonderful stay at The Loutrel. From our welcoming cocktail to the friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and delightful rooftop terrace, I can’t think of anyplace I’d rather stay in Charleston! Location was also great with proximity to the waterfront, outdoor market, plentiful restaurants and great shopping areas!

This hotel is beautifully maintained and looks brand new. Service was great—cleaning and turndown were done every day without delay. The location is great, too—walkable to shopping, restaurants and all historic district attractions. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fabulous stay at The Loutrel. Every encounter with the team was fantastic from the valet to the front desk to the cleaners. So helpful and friendly. Loved the complimentary water, snacks and signature cocktail of the day. Breakfast was really good too
