Great but with parking issues

Everything was great I would definitely book again the only thing I didn’t like was the parking you book the stay nothing gets said about parking (figuring most hotels have parking) so I called to figure out where to park and they have a garage but it’s $60 a night little pricey after I already paid for a room at your place.

Nice room ! Cluster to get into ! Downloading app for key not good . Tv has roku that sucks! Cut off foot ball game right about 5 min of the end of game ! The Samsung remote needs to be in the room! The tech is ok but way to much trouble for most people.

Its quiet because most of the units are empty Its in a food desert. No blackout shades so sleep is not restful. People smoking that stuff, so the stench travels through hvac system. They are too lazy to go outside to smoke.

This is a great place. Ambiance, staff, cleanilness all exceptional. A bit out of the way from downtown. Bus route nearby. A good thing. Uber to capital area a bit steep. Neighborhood OK But surrounded by places my wife and so did not want to walk through to get to near in testaraunts. A great place if going to MLs or MlB games. Stadiums literally around the corner

The experience was overall great, from arrival all the way to departure. The staff was supper friendly and respectful, any issues or questions we had were answered and dealt with right away. We stayed at Placemakr Buzzard Point for our wedding anniversary and absolutely loved it. Our room was spacious and had a stunning view of the Potomac River — the perfect backdrop for a romantic week. Special shoutout to Stephanie S. from guest services, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm and attentive service made our stay feel extra special. If you’re looking for a modern, comfortable stay with great service and beautiful river views, this spot is a gem.
