Huge Studio/Temp Control Mattress/Free Parking

We have an Eight Sleep Cover on the bed. This allows for temperature control cold/hot for each individual side (or the whole bed). It is an amazingly good nights rest.

Coffee Bar with Keurig Machine and French Press with assortment of teas & coffees (whole and ground).

Recently updated with a fresh coat of paint & stylish tile shower.

The space:
You are in the downstairs studio Apt. of a larger three home row house. The location is what makes it unique. You are surrounded by businesses on either side so it is a quiet spot. You are immediately across the street from Trader Joe's. It's also pretty cool that the space has a cute almost full kitchen, and in unit washer/dryer.

Guest access:
The entire apartment is all yours! It is your private space with access to the front patio.

Other things to note:
We only have a single parking space for our guests. Please enter our apartment from the front, down the small stair case.
