「We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived. 「It didn’t appear until later in the process that there was a a large “facility/property fee.” The room rate per night plus tax was quite reasonable, but adding in the above fee made the rate excessive. The rate increased several hundred dollars. In addition, those with allergies and/ or asthma need to know the despite warm weather, the a/c isn’t turned on in the building until May 15.
