The unit has 2 spacious bedrooms with a living area attached with fully equipped kitchen. The Metro Bus is located steps away from home. Restaurants and Shopping Centers are also located withing walking distance from home.

Our space is kid friendly and ideal for a family or small group.
we provide Free Cable TV and secure WIFI/Internet Connections. Our smart TV enables you to connect to your Netflix Account and other Streaming Apps.
Kitchen area is equipped with Refridgerator, Microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, Dishes and other Cooking Utensils.
There's a Shared Front and Back Open Porch area for your Relaxation.
Parking Driveway is shared and can accomodate 5 vehicles if everyone parks well.

Our guest will have full access to the bottom level of our home with private entrance.
Prepare to walk down 1 short flight of stairs.
Self Check-in with Smart Keypad Access. Entry code will be provided before arrival date.

The nearest Metro station is Van Dorn Station which is about 12 minutes drive from the house.

Please advice your visitng guests to use street parking for their vehicles.
Trash and Recycle Bin located outside near the storage shed near the driveway..
Please advice your guest and visitors to use street parking.
Empty trash and recycle items in outside bin next to the storage shed.
Use clear bags for recycle items and black bags for trash.
Trash pickup is Tuesday morning, you may place trash and recycle at the front of the building on Monday evening.
If you are checking-in after midnight please let us in advance.
