"Check-in is 4:00pm. When we areived we were told our room was not ready. The issue was figured out quickly and we were placed in another room. Should offer free breakfast, instead of $10-$20 fee."

"Wyndam Grand always provides a great experience for a trip to Pittsburgh....great views no matter what side of the hotel you are on....food is good and convenience to all stadiums many restaurants and other venues are excellent from this location. My only complaint is while the room was very clean and maintained....they are starting to look a bit dated in appearance. Otherwise really is a great place to stay"

"Parking was an issue. There was a long wait to get your car. They may have to move several other cars to access your car. Our room was supposed to have a refrigerator. When we inquired they said they would bring one but it might not work. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean."

"We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn, however I found that they are so understaffed. There was only one woman on staff that evening to check in customers also doing laundry and everything else. Sarah was so amazing and kind. We felt so bad for her and yet she kept a smile on her face the whole time. My feedback is you should staff more appropriately in the future before you lose good employees."
