The area of the apartment is very functional and consists of a living room, a stylish kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub. The apartment in a climatic and sublime decor, interior colors and stylish design provide the apartment with a unique atmosphere. The comfort of your stay is ensured by many amenities, such as free WiFi, a flat-screen Tv and necessary kitchen and bathroom equipment. The apartment is equipped with basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer. The apartment also includes a private parking space in the underground car park, which is an advantage, especially during the holiday season. The apartment also offers an additional option of accommodating children: parents traveling with small children will receive a baby cot and a high chair on request (pln 50/day). The Neighborhood:
The extremely comfortable apartment is located at Obrzeżna Street in a modern housing estate. The neighborhood, the business center of Służewo in the Mokotów district, is characterized by proximity to the city center, but away from crowded arteries, providing peace and quiet. Well-maintained, green surroundings and excellent local infrastructure increase the prestige and representativeness of the facility. There are numerous business parks in the vicinity, as well as Galeria Mokotów - one of the largest shopping centers in Warsaw with 210 stores and a cinema complex, located only 650 m from the estate. The location allows you to take full advantage of the commercial, service, gastronomic and cultural offer of the capital. The location provides easy access to other districts, both by public and car transport. There is a bus stop on the street with a direct connection to the Wilanowska metro station (2 km away). A great advantage for international guests is the proximity of the Chopin Airport, which can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Moreover, the nearest railway station (Służewiec) can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
