"Friendly, professional and helpful staff! 10/10 for customer service! Easy check in / check out process. It was a busy weekend when we came so we had to wait 1.5 for our room to be available, which i had no issues and did not want housekeeping to rush cleaning our room - we did have to move plans around due to not having a room but they offered to let us store our bags and use their luggage cart. Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the shower was very nice, just very small and a tight space with 4 of us sharing a room. I wish we had a better view of the city but overall, our stay was wonderful and i need to say again how amazing the staff was! 3rd street market hall and all the delicious eats were walking distance + minutes away! We parked in the ramp with easy in and out access with a pass in a secured and locked area. "

"Fantastic experience! Beautiful suite with high ceilings and huge windows with amazing views. Comfy bed, clean and nice room. Loved the historical brickwork and flooring. We walked to the Milwaukee Public Market and other nearby shops. Great location. Professional, kind staff. Delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay again."

"We have stayed at this property several times now and have always had a great experience. The staff has been consistently welcoming and always willing to help. On this sta we had a minor issue with the Roku cable freezing up a few times but returned to normal after being reset. Once by the engineer and we handled ourselves the second time. One word of caution on the parking. If you use Sopthero for the 720 N. Jefferson outdoor parking directly across the street from the hotel entrance on Jefferson it is the smaller lot roped off by chains with about 15 spots not the larger lot next to it. I had 3 -$90 parking tickets when I went out to my car. I was able to contact the company to have them removed since they also owned the lot next door and could see that I paid. "
