「I would not recommend this hotel. While it is on the ocean with good views the state of the hotel needs major updates. The property has mass of broken concrete and debri to the side of parking lot that does not seem safe. The beds were comfortable.」

「The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and pleasant. The stay was very peaceful, as the area is quiet and comfortable for resting. The only thing missing is a pool to make it perfect. I definitely recommend it.💫」

「All around great stay! Breakfast was bagels, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt w/ toppings, muffins, chia, etc., juice, coffee & tea. Cozy and well appointed room. If I have any criticism, it would be that breakfast was stated to be available from 0730 - 1030 daily. One of the mornings we had an early ferry to Nantucket and were expecting to be able to enjoy the breakfast before we left, but the front doors were still locked which essentially make sense since the front desk does not open until...

「I was disappointed with no breakfast. I did not really look when I booked but the price was really high so I expected to have it and they did not. The heat rattled but I took a business card and wedged it to stop it. The room was pool side and the room smelled like chlorine which to be fair has been the case in other hotels. 」
