"We had such a great time! The place is as good (or better) than we expected. I walked in and felt so peaceful and at home. One of our family members said "it has such great energy." I agree!We wanted a place that was on the water (and by the way, the view is unbelievable - those sunsets!!!) and walkable to restaurants. We walked to Riverside Cafe a few times (excellent breakfast) and a little future to the Blue Booby Cafe for lattes. Truly, could not have been better.So, yes, you can go to the Cape and get more crowds and traffic. Or you can stay here and get a very Cape-y experience that's also quieter and less traffic. And then DRIVE to the cape for day trips!We also loved that it was close to Boston and all the stores you might need.John was super responsive. We were having lobster and asked him if there were lobster tools and he literally ordered them from Amazon that moment and they came later that day! I highly recommend this place. I love to cook and the kitchen was well-equipped. The views were incredible (did I tell you how amazing the upstairs master views are too?). The neighborhood was quiet. The only thing I wished for while there was an expansive deck off the family room :) Maybe someday in the future John? hahaThank you to John for being an outstanding host!"
Charming 1-bedroom cottage in peaceful Wareham with AC, WiFi

"Very clean. Beautiful interior living space. Good communication with owner. Perfect size for 2 with a bedroom, small den/living room with a door , dining/kitchen area, & bathroom. There is also a very nice, (potentially shared) outdoor patio space, away from the road. The entry door keypad worked great. We walked around the neighborhood daily. There’s also a great walking path around a local cranberry bog about 10 mins away. There’s a very small private beach within 1-2 mins walking distance from the cottage. The rental cottage offered a SUP board & kayak for use if desired. I think the nearby private beach would be great for those activities, though we did not attempt them. There are also several larger beaches within a 15 min drive. The location is about an hour from the Cape Cod national seashore, Horseneck beach, Boston airport, or Providence airport. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you. "

"We had an enjoyable time in our stay in Wareham. Milan was always available when we had questions. The house is on a private road with views of the river (but we didn't realize there were two units in the house. The deck was private from the other unit.). We weren't far from the Cape but didn't have to deal with the Cape traffic here. There were plenty of paper products, some spices and cleaning supplies. Thank you."
Adorable beach house - 5 min walk to private beach

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The beach nearby on the river is small but the water was a good temperature for swimming. If you like looking for creatures, it’s perfect. We had a great time taking the kids to look for crabs and snails. On one of the hotter days, we drove to the bigger beach that’s about ten mins away and it was also beautiful! "
