"Room was very newly remodeled. It looked amazing. Although the beds appear to be made with cover blankets that smelled of curry. They are like the old school 70’s cover blankets that matched the curtains. And the second blanket also had a musty smell. So we had to remove both to sleep in the beds with just a top sheet. Thank god weather has changed and it wasn’t cold so we could sleep Comfortably. They need to keep up with their bedding and new towels to match the hotel upgrades. Hope it’s just because it’s the beginning of the season and this all gets corrected before people start paying top dollar to stay here. "

"Counter staff....awesome! Very friendly and help ful. House keeping one big fat zero. Asked several times for house keeping. Front desk said they would send them. We had to make own beds and take out our own trash. Had to get TP paper from the front desk. Whenever, i needed something inregards to what house keeping should do. Only two floors have working ice machines. Pool was closed. Although, i love the convience of its location, friendliness of the counter staff and affordability, i might be looking for somewhere else. "

After driving six hours and arriving at elven o’clock at night with two children, the front desk woman informed us that they did not have a room for us because corporate overbooked. When we went to a nearby hotel in search of a room we explained our situation to the front desk man there. He informed us that we were the third group of people to come in that night having had the same experience with Sonesta braintree. We will never do business with them again. "

"The rooms are clean enough, clearly well-maintained and some are new. Beds were clean and fresh, as was bedding. The problem here wasn't labor or care. The bedding and bed were both poor quality. When other reviews say the walls were thin, listen. You could hear the televisions of other guests on different floors. It was nearly impossible to sleep. If a hotel has one job above every other job, it's giving you a place to sleep. This one failed there."

"No fresh fruits for breakfast, but fine. Parking was easy. Gym is to be improved. No dumbbells, mats, and broken weight ball. But spacious at least. Hallway carpet smells a bit musty. Noise level is moderate to high.. on a main road. If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs or melatonin. "
