「The room was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were clean and we were able to relax on the furniture near the pool. There were plenty of pool towels to use. The breakfast was good. Plenty of options for the kids. The waffle maker was a hit. The staff was very friendly.」

「When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children...

「I stayed at the 1620 for the first time 2 years ago- for a work related conference. We chose not to rebook as the 1620 really needs a refresh. My stay this week confirmed my initial impression 2 years ago. There is def. areas of the hotel that need repainting. The bedspreads in the rooms are...shabby, stained. The lamps need to be updated (so you can charge phones/MACs). The bathrooms are fine. towels fluffy and white, but smelled of mildew. Staff were very helpful and kind.」
